Can you handle six at once?
Erika's spent her entire post-graduate career searching for it. The elusive dragon stronghold her archaeologist professors scoffed at as being only a myth. Now she has the perfect team and has led them into the deepest reaches of the Sumatran jungle. At the edge of the discovery of the century, she's finally about to prove to everyone how wrong they were.
But when the seven intrepid explorers pass through the doors, they're barely prepared for the conflict of lust versus logic they're faced with on the inside. Ages-old magic lingers in the stronghold, dictating that they perform a ritual to awaken the long-slumbering beasts within. I like erotica. I like Paranormal romance. I have no problems with M/F/M, M/M/F, F/F/M etc. When I'm reading a book I only care that it is well written and there is an actual plot to be followed. This omnibus is just a load of dragon/human porn with just a hint of a storyline that didn't seem to make much sense. Way too much sex, to the point I actually became annoyed and tried skipping ahead only to find that I had come to the end of the individual book within the collection. I made it through half of the "stories" and normally I finish the books I start, even if I have to take a break and come back to it at a later time, but this one will be an exception. No. Just no. It's not for me. This was actually my introduction to dragon shifters. I'll give dragons another chance to impress me, but I will find something else to read as I'll not be continuing with this series or anything else by this author.
This was an interesting read. It is an erotic story so be aware there is plenty of hot steamy interludes. I quite liked the premise of the book and look forward to reading more from this author.
I just read the first chapter and unfortunately, refused to read the rest. Had I paid for this book, I would have been very disappointed! Although the book review somewhat warns you of its highlights, it does not give you the degree of its crassness. It started out as a little like "Indiana Jones-ish" and turned into "Deep Throat!" I draw the line when animals are involved and I don't care if it's fictional! Distastefuly done! Boo!
