About the Author

James L. Mosley is a sleep-apnea patient, author, teacher, researcher, and motivational speaker. He is the author of this popular healthcare book, (first published in 1990), which he wrote from a patient’s viewpoint (his own) and years of broad-based research.
The author has written and published five healthcare books and two inspirational books. His mission statement as a writer is … “if one of my books helps one person, it was well worth the effort.”
His strong research background is a reflection of his fourteen years of experience on the corporate staff of AT&T. There, he held a management position on the computer training, research and development teams.
The author has been a featured guest on NBC’s “A Closer Look” telecast, the American Health Network, and over 55 radio and TV talk shows. Mr. Mosley makes his home in San Diego, California.
