Two brothers, Benny and Quincy Johnson (youngstas) dominate the intercity and parts of the suburbs, along with TYS ( The Young Soldiers) and an older Columbian cat, Diego Montano ( a drug king lord) whose daughter Marissa and niece Latasha takes over the business after a dirty cop sets him up and he goes to jail. A hot sexy female DEA, Patricia Deaz, tries to get close to Benny with her charm and bring him down, but gets killed by Latasha.
