Lot has been in Sodom for many years now. Everything seemed to be moving well. Business was without interruption amidst the grave sin of the people and the outcry that went up to God on a daily basis. Lot was comfortably married to a Sodomite beautiful lady, and their union was blessed with two daughters who until then were virgin.
