Sometimes I Feel

Somedays she is happy as can be

And other days she hits and kicks and yells

But her mom tells her that's no way to feel.

When you are throwing a fit,

It's time to think and sit.

When you are upset and don't know what to say,

Take some deep breaths and talk to mom to help the bad feelings go away.
