Chris Moon was born in England and moved to the USA when he was 12. He was a fashion photographer, recording engineer/producer when he started Moon Sound Studios in Minneapolis, Minnesota at age 18, and went on to discover and write the first hit song for pop star Prince by age 21.
PBS AFRICAN LION DOCUMENTARY:
After producing Prince and other artists, Moon turned his attention to film making. He wrote, filmed, scored and produced a documentary film for PBS named "FATHER OF THE LIONS" which aired for over 20 years documenting the last years of famed conservationist George Adamson who lived with wild lions in the remote African bush.
APPLE, IBM, SUPERBOWL & THE OLYMPICS:
As an avid marketer, Moon started a software marketing company named INTESEL where he was a personally designed, coded and produced numerous hi-tech multi-language computer based marketing programs for companies such as: Apple, IBM, Intel, Wells Fargo, The NFL, The SuperBowl, the Department of Naval Intelligence and The Olympics.
FINDING LOST AMERICAN MIAs WORLDWIDE:
Moon and his family started MIA HUNTERS, a 501c non-profit organization where they traveled worldwide to find and recover the lost remains of American Missing In Action (MIA) airmen from WWII. Most of his work was in Papua, New Guinea where he lived with tribes of head hunters and ventured into the jungle with them to find the remains of the lost American airmen. Moon was invited to The White House to meet the President as head of MIA Hunters.

WRITING & PRODUCING WITH NEW ARTISTS GLOBALLY:
Moon continues working with new and undiscovered artists all over the world. He continues writing lyrics for contemporary Pop, Indie, R&B, Dance, Techno and Country music. In the same fashion as when the studio began, Moon still provides auditions to any singer, song writer or producer wishing to collaborate with a top industry producer. Now approaching 70, he writes, records and produces around 100 original songs per year.
