I found these books by chance and I am so thrilled that I did. I am an avid reader and former teacher and these books are pure entertainment. There is plenty of action and laughs. All three books were a pleasure.

I first discovered this series while on a lark, "I wonder if there are good fantasy stories as free audiobooks." So I went on Google, did some websurfing... And then, there was Shadowmagic. Needless to say, I listened to the first chapter...then 2...3...4...and so on, all the way to 15. Then Christmas came and with a gift card in hand, the next day I bought the trilogy. Three days later, I'm trying not to sob like a baby who just got told that Elmo was butchered. I don't know if it is sadness, happiness, shock, or some combination of the three, but I am. ... Who am I to keep you waiting? GO PUSH THE BUY BUTTON!!! My name is Rose Verdict and I wholeheartedly approve this message. NOW GO!

When I saw number three was out, I had to re-read the first two, first. I love these stories. I'm just hoping there will be more! Please, please, please. I laughed out loud, cried and sniveled reading these books. This is motion picture material. Bravo! Highly recommend. DM (more, more, more, please!)

Lenahan has done it again. SONS OF MACHA provides the perfect ending to his fantastic trilogy. My biggest hope is that he gets to work immediately on several new works. Lenahan is a talented story-teller and writer, and you'll quickly come to know and love (or hate) his characters as you follow them through their adventures in and out of The Land. Congratulations, John! Now pick up that pencil, and get to work on your next book, please!
