"SOS - For Survivors of Suicides" is not intended as an academic text. It provides an overview of some of the dynamics, social, political and personal, that can contribute to a sense of helplessness and even despair. It also offers strategies for healing and coping with bereavement and the bewilderment that follows such tragic loss of a beloved family member or friend.
