About the Author

An eclectic reader who loves almost every genre, I read my first romance novel at 16 and immediately endeavored to write one, too. Many offbeat attempts (and a couple of decades) later, I finally published my first novel and now write thrilling romantic suspense stories full of humor and fluff (cats and dogs). I live in the Southeastern United States with my rescue cat. Learn more about my books at www.angelacampbellonline.com.

I found this series a few days ago and have read all three books this week. My only disappointment is that book four isn't out yet.

Excellent writing. Depth of characters. Interesting story lines.

Spider's story was just as well written, just as fast, and, just as exciting as the first two in the series. A great, fun, and unusual read.

This was my first read from Campbell and I enjoy this supernatural read. Emma (Spider) has a mysterous ride set before her. I had so much fun. I wanted more. I will seek out more of Campbell's work in the future. I say whole heartedly. More, Please! Thanks, NetGalley. This is my honest review of this book as I see it.

This book was amazing. I've gone back and read all three in the series now, and I'm so glad I took a chance on this unknown to me author. Funny, suspenseful and hot - it's a great read.

5 star This book has a little bit of everything – a little paranormal, mystery, humor, and twists and turns. I recommend reading book 1 (On the Scent (Psychic Detective Series, #1)) & 2 (Something Wicked (Psychic Detective Series, #2)) in this series before reading this one. If you don’t read the other books for some parts of this story you will be a little lost. Kind of like the characters are a little lost in this story. Spider is going to pet/house sit for her boss. Spider is freaking funny with all her accident-proneness. She keeps you snickering though out the story. You get a little background on the characters. Mostly spider from her ex-boyfriend and all the drama he bring around. When Spider needs rescuing her neighbor Noah is more than willing to help out. This story ends a little different than the others and alludes to another books. It’s not a cliffy but definitely alludes to another story. I recommend this story. Can’t wait to read more of this series.

I really enjoy this series and I enjoyed this addition to the series as well. Spider is such a fun character and the way Angela Campbell writes, the story is not only interesting, but extremely fast-paced. Campbell has a way of bringing the story to life with vivid descriptions that draw you into the story. Truly a great read.
