Great Read. I knew nothing about Colbert's life, and, boy, was I surprised. He's a southerner, from genteel Charleston, South Carolina. And Colbert, the man, is very different from his comedic counterpart. If you're a Colbert fan, you'll love this book.

Very short bio of Colbert. I really did not follow the career of Colbert. I enjoy political satire but I am not much of a TV watcher. So this book gave me an insight into a man I much admire.

Very good presentation of the Colbert phenomenon. What a genius he is to challenge 'the system' in such a way. I think this book and what he did during that time period is a good piece of American history.
