I wish this book had been around when my kids were little. The stress section of this book has helped me with my grand daughter and dealing with her stress as a 3 year old. There is so much helpful information in this book. The breathing technique works well I just have my grand daughter sit with e when she is tense and we both sit and breath and then we start laughing the the stressful moment is gone. Thank You so much Lori this book will help so many.

I have been following Stress Free Kids on Facebook and twitter for a long time now. I absolutely love the daily tips and helpful articles that she has written. I couldn't wait to get my hands on a book that had all her helpful advice in one place. The book far exceeded my expectations! I truly love the Sanity Savers and Mindful Mantra's. There are so many helpful techniques that everyone who deals with children will find extremely useful. Children seem to be more stressed than ever and with Lori's techniques I know more children will be helped.

As a stressed-out parent, I was immediately drawn to this book's title: Stress-Free Kids. It's heart-breaking to see my sons dealing with stress and to watch them mirror some of my own bad coping strategies. One of my favorite expressions is: When the student is ready, the teacher appears. In this book, I was so happy to discover such a treasure trove of stress-reducing techniques and tips for me to use and model for my children--and also so many techniques and tips to teach my sons. I recommend this book to all parents who wish to have less stressed, happier families and lives.

I saw the book in Shark Tank show and next day I bought the same one presented by the author. I highly recommend it. Not just for kids, if you relax and go deep you can find a child in yourself again. Beautiful work !

I was recommended Lori's book Stress Free Kids, from a friend that has heard me talk about the struggles I am having with my oldest. She was recently diagnosed with ADHD and it is a learning process fro both of us. After reading Lori's book I was able to take some of the things I have been trying and make little changes and I have seen a difference.  I have not started using all the methods that Lori suggest as that will take some time to be able to learn to change my habits, but I loved that some of the tips were little tweaks to things we do as parents, and not everything was a major relearn.  I have had this book almost a month and am thankful for the improvements and looking forward to waiting and re-reading and seeing what else I can pull from this.
