Joe Burrage is a retired Senior Chief in the United States Navy. Born in October of 1938, he is the son of James Walton and Madge Leland Burrage of Waco, Texas. Joe is also the husband of Linda Burrage and father of 6 sons. He joined the Navy in December of 1955, just 2 months after his seventeenth birthday.
