About the Author

Arlene Johnson is the president of Sinequanon Group Inc. (SGI) and is an internationally known speaker, author and consultant with over two decades of successful experience helping executive teams maximize the value of change initiatives and sales organizations win important business opportunities.

Previous to SGI, Arlene was the founder and CEO of CT&T Southeast, Atlanta, GA where she held the distinction of being the first female principal cross-country in cellular technology. Prior to selling her company, CT&T and moving back to Texas to start her performance consulting company, SGI, she negotiated and secured sole distributorships for the Atlanta market for AT&T and Mitsubishi. Her company held one of the few agent agreements for Bell South Mobility.

Arlene implements processes and guides corporations through demanding and radically-changing business environments to create competitive differentiation. Her clients call her the queen of process!

Her book, Success Mapping� 2nd Edition is a step-by-step guide to achieve more individual and company potential and was listed by the Dallas Morning News as one of the top 10 business books.

As a performance consultant, she has advised multiple Fortune 500 clients such as Arco Pipeline in Indonesia, American Express in Mexico, Hewlett-Packard in Hong Kong, Fujitsu, Bombardier Aerospace, Texas Instruments, Alcatel-Lucent, Koch Chemical Group, Lockheed Martin and numerous other industry leaders. As adjunct professor, Arlene also enjoys working with University of Texas at Dallas, Southern Methodist University and others.

Arlene is presently serving as Board President for the Plano Symphony Orchestra; Director for USNC-UN Women, Dallas Chapter, and has previously served as board executive for the Dallas Chapter of the United Nations Association, and the Sales and Marketing Executives Association. She holds certifications from MHI Global, Pritchett Change Management Consultants, the Harvard Negotiation Project Vantage Partners, the Conflict Resolution Network of Australia and others.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, learning and time spent with friends and family.
