I paid over 100 dollars for this book. It won't open. I contacted support who kept sending me to a different division so I had to keep explaining my situation over and over again. Everyone I spoke to sent me to someone else until I was finaly put on hold where no one ever picked up. I do not recommend using NOOK at all. It is an inferior product which does not work. It is very user unfriendly. Don't buy it!!!
