Supposedly, the 3 novellas are stand-alone, but this one seems like it's only the first chapter of something. I can't remember what I paid for it, but it was wasted money.

I wasn't sure about this story because Storme is engaged when she meets and falls for Holden. There was angst, but I liked the way the author made this storyline work out for all the characters. I also liked seeing what's happening with Storme's friends and I loved the wedding scene. This can be read as a stand alone, but is the last part of three connected stories by different authors, so I'd recommend reading them all to enhance the experience.

Storme and Holden do not get off to the best start. After his motorcycle cuts her off in the parking lot of the grocery store and words are exchanged between them, Storme and Holden both find themselves intrigued by the other. Both go out of their way to rile the other one up when they meet several other times and have some amazing chemistry. Storme finds herself questioning her wedding to Philip and why they don't even remotely have the same chemistry as she and Holden. Holden reacts badly when Storme tells him the truth about the impending nuptials and finds himself upset even though he told himself this was only to be a summer fling. Storme and Philip come to an agreement to see if they have feelings for other people over the summer and Storme lets Holden know she is available. Holden finally gets over his anger and decides to take a chance on Storme. Feelings develop between the two of them and neither one is willing to admit to the other how strong they are. When Storme's wedding is in 2 weeks, things come to a head and both are reeling from the loss. The ending had a nice surprise. It was a nice, quick read and perfect for sitting in a chair in the backyard and enjoying the sun.

Fun, fresh, and steamy - a perfect summer read! If you are going to the beach and want a quick story to read while lounging in the sun, with interesting characters, a little romance, and a little turmoil, you should pick up Jennifer's newest release. Summer Sins, part of the Hot in the Hamptons series, is a must. Three girlfriends are hanging out the Hamptons for the summer to relax, spend time with each other, and figure some things out before they return to their normal lives. In Jennifer's story, Storme is preparing for her upcoming wedding when she meets Holden. Unfortunately for Holden and Storme, Holden is not her fiancé. As you read, you will find out how their relationship develops. As a side note, I happen to love when different authors get together and write interconnecting stories because I often finish a book and wonder what is happening with the secondary characters. In the Hot in the Hamptons series, you are able to learn about all three girlfriends. *I was given an advanced copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.

This was a great novella. It was fast-paced and I couldn't put it down. I had to see if Storme and Holden would figure out how to get their happily ever after. What do you put first, loyalty to family or personal happiness? Storme is engaged to marry her best friend, Phillip, to merge the two families vineyards. She thought she was okay with it until she meets Holden. Holden makes her feel things she has never felt before. Holden thinks he is just looking for a summer fling. Then he meets Storme. It is part of the "Hot in the Hamptons" series but each book can be read as a stand-alone. After reading Summer Sins, I can't wait to read Summer Dreaming and Summer Temptation. This was a perfect, quick summer read and I highly recommend it. I was given an ARC of Summer Sins for my honest review.

First off I love Jennifer Probst so I knew off tops I would like this book. But I really did love this book. Is it a book about a summer fling? Yes. Is it a book about dealing with family conflict? Yes. Is about doing something to please others and not yourself? Yes. Is it a story about coming of age and finding your true self and true love? Yes? Is sexy, steamy and humorous? Yes, yes, and more yes! Summer Sins is apart the Hot in the Hamptons series, 3 books by 3 different authors, which can be read as a standalone or together. Reading this one I can’t wait to read the others. Each book is of one of best friends from college, Storme, Leigh and Kelsey, spending the summer after graduation in the Hamptons before going their separate ways. Summer Sins is about Storme. Storme is engaged and planning her wedding while taking a break after graduating from college. She has run into Holden Fox the sexy biker boy. Humor and sarcasm ensue and the chemistry explodes. Storme has to decide does she stay loyal to her fiancé’ and best friend for ages or does she go for passion and risk everything. The journey is sweet summer ride. I can’t wait to read the other in the series and I recommend for anyone wanting a quick read with heart humor sarcasm and steam this is the way to go!

Each and every summer I like to read a few books that take place down the shore or at the beach. These quick reads make me happy, especially when I am enjoying the sand and surf as well. So when I was given the opportunity to read Summer Sins by Jennifer Probst, I jumped at the chance. Hot in the Hamptons is a brand new series about three recent Penn State grads spending their last summer together before they begin their post college lives. This story is about soon-to-be married Storme Sullivan, a young woman born into wealth and the next CEO of her family's very successful vineyard. Storme's wedding in eight weeks is going according to plan, however, she and her fiancee Philip are not in love with each other. They have been best friends since childhood and due to business reasons, their respective families want and need them to get married. In order to ensure that they can live with each other in a dispassionate marriage, they mutually agree to explore the potential for lust and love with another person. Storme meets and falls in love with Holden Fox, a soon to be Wall Street executive that rides a manly motorcycle. Holden plans on spending the summer playing the field, until Storme storms into his life. Ms. Probst packs a lot of excitement into this love story and I really liked the way she developed Storme and Holden's relationship. I truly felt the longing and love between them, as Storme worked through her issues with her family, her fiancee, and her career. Holden is more than swoon-worthy and his alpha side is hot, yet caring at the same time. Overall, this is a sensual, well-written read that twists and turns in all the right places. Complimentary copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

Summer fun before my wedding... I have one goal this summer. Hang with my besties for some much needed sun, sand, and relaxation while I put the final touches on my idyllic wedding. I didn't count on meeting a smart-mouthed, bad boy biker whose gaze burns hotter than a beach bonfire. I never planned to lose myself, body and soul, and question my entire future. Now, I have to make a choice that's tearing me apart, and could shatter the lives of the two men I love... Turns into summer sins... I have one goal this summer. CHILL. Do nothing. Nada. I need simple before I have to head into Manhattan to take on a high powered position on Wall Street. I didn't count on a dark haired, inky- eyed spitfire who'd spin my world upside down, or make me burn for things I never thought I wanted. I vowed to make her my summer fling, but had no idea she was claimed by another. And now that she possessed not only my body but my soul, the stakes are too high for me to lose her... Great Summer Read!

What an absolute corker of a perfect summer read! Jennifer has teamed up with Wendy S Marcus and Liz Matis to bring us 'Hot in the Hamptons' series. Three books by three awesome authors - all standalones but over lapping stories. Summer Sins is the first one I have read and it makes a great standalone - I will be reading the other two aswell. Storme Sullivan has it all ..heir to the family vineyard business, newly graduated with her MBA, due to be married to her childhood sweetheart .. a few weeks break with her two BFF's at her family's house in the Hamptons is just what Storme needs before settling down to married life. But does she really have everything she needs in her life? An encounter in a car park with Motorcycle Man just might prove she doesn't. Copy received via the author in exchange for an honest review.

Jennifer Probst, really should I say more. Three separate authors bring a novella for the trilogy Hot In The Hamptons. Ms. Probst brings it hot and heavy in this last installment. I love how she has strong female characters (both MC and secondary) to counter the equally as strong male MCs of her books, Their chemistry also grabs you from the start and holds you for the ride. Three friends head to The Hamptons to relax before reality hits. Storme's family vineyard is in jeopardy and marrying he best friend seems to be the solution til Holden Fox enters the picture. Can we say Man Candy. It's just a summer fling, can they both walk away. Read and find out. Each novella is a stand alone feature each friend but to get the whole experience read all three, you won't be disappointed. Was given this ARC by the author (and yes I did fan girl just a little bit) for a honest review.

I'm sure most of us have found ourselves in a relationship where we aren't sure if we should continue down that road or find happiness elsewhere. Should you risk your boyfriend's happiness for your own? What will your parents think if you want a different life than what they have planned for you. These thoughts and issues are what Storme is dealing with in this novella. She's about to get married at the end of the summer and maybe a fling with a hot motorcycle guy is what she needs to clear her head and make the right decision. If you're looking for a fun and sexy read, this is for you! In fact, it's a part of a series called Hot in the Hamptons so I'm super excited to read the other 2 books. This was the type of book that I didn't want to put down yet I didn't want it to end either. Luckily I have 2 more books to read. Another great book by Jennifer Probst! I recommend all of her books. I was given an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Awesome read! This is one of the books in the Hot in the Hamptons novella trilogy that chronicles the last summer three newly graduated friends share before starting their post college lives. After this summer, Storme will be a married woman. Always the dutiful daughter she knows that her family and her fiance Phillips family are counting on this wedding. Accepting of her fate until the night she meets bad boy biker Holden. Just one look from this guy and she is on fire. What harm could a little summer fun do? Right? Holden is taking one last summer before starting his high pressure wall street job. Never does he expect to fall for a girl like Storme. That pesky little problem of her being engaged, well they'd deal with that. Eventually. This is a wonderfully written story that is sexy and emotional. Don't let the topic of infidelity put you off, everything is not quite what it seems!! I highly recommend this one.

Summer Sins by Jennifer Probst is story that heat you right up. This a great summer time read or anytime! I loved Storme and Holden's story. Storme is in the Hamptons for the summer with her best friends before she walks down the aisle. She knows her fiancé is her best friend and believes this wedding is suppose be the next part of her life. What Storme didn't except was Holden. At first glance Holden is the rough tough type of guy. Holden is not looking for the relationship. Holden's new career comes first. Holden didn't except a girl like Storme this summer. Storme and Holden have chemistry from the start. Both are not sure what to do with the sparks they fly. As you continue reading you learn more about each other and watch as their relationship builds. This summer is never going to be the same for either of them. The story holds you to the very end! Storme and Holden have great chemisty! Jennifer Probst does it again another great book! This is a must read!

I love anything Jennifer Probst writes. Her stories are always sweet and sexy and filled with great romances and wonderful female friendships. This story is just what you'd expect from her. Storme is spending the weeks leading up to her wedding in the Hamptons with her two girlfriends. She's set to marry her best friend and it seems like she's leading the perfect life, but everything is not always what it seems. From the moment she meets Holden, sparks fly. Their chemistry bounces off the pages and provides you with the perfect steamy summer read. I loved Storme from the beginning. As her layers unfold, you can't help falling in love with her. Holden didn't grab me at first but as he let his walls down, he won me over. If you're looking for a quick, fun book to read by the pool, pick this up! **I was given an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Storme is hanging with her besties for the summer. She is marrying her best friend to save his family vineyard. In rides Holden on his motorcycle and totally turns her world upside down. He is staying with a friend for the summer before he starts his new job on Wall Street. They decide to have a summer fling. What they didn't expect was to fall in love but will Storme walk away from her family's business or follow her heart? I'm not big on books that are told in the first person. It gives both Storme and Holden's pov. Good story. Plenty of sex. I received a copy from the author for a honest review.
