Super Simple Weight Loss
I decided to call this “Super Simple Weight Loss” because everyone else seems to try and make the subject so complicated. This is not to say that losing weight is easy. If it were, you wouldn’t be reading this book. Weight loss shouldn’t require an advanced degree, although if you really want to get serious, you may need just a little math.

This book is designed to allow you to make small lifestyle changes that will help you lose weight. Many of the things I tell you will not require too much change, and should be easy to incorporate into your current life. The biggest problem with most weight loss plans or diets is that you have to make major changes. Now I don’t know about you, but every time I try to make major changes in my life, it lasts about three weeks before I go back to my old habits. I personally want to eat what I want, and not be restricted to eating mostly meat, or cutting treats out of my diet. And hey – I love bread, and deserts for that matter.

OK, here’s the thing. You have to eat to lose weight.
