Sustaining Joy was created to usher in the new cycle of Oneness and the Heart. It’s a roadmap to the new, a reminder of things we already know, and I view it as a toolbox for Joy. The book offers a variety of ways to look inside ourselves for inner clearing to release old programming, patterns, beliefs, and habits of behavior. This will change thought and quiet the mind, giving us more peace and less stress. The book’s myriad topics offer a cornucopia of ways to uncover and allow for healing of issues. There are 25 subjects and exercise groups to guide us, including release of fear, balancing masculine and feminine, opening the heart, soul path, soul relationships, recognizing mirrors, surrendering, attraction, and sustaining Joy. Picking it up over and over again offers new insight, as each experience will be different. Joy IS inner stillness, and Sustaining Joy guides us on the inner journey to experience Being Joy. I highly recommend it ‘for whatever ails ya’.
