He likes to be in control...

It's like this: I'm the hottest restauranteur on the west coast. I work hard, play hard, and love my family. I'm also the guy on the receiving end of some unwelcome fixation. Then Pascale Nichols walks back into my life, and I forget about everything but her. They say lightening never strikes twice, but she's the one that got away. She's also, I soon discover, the one my family secretly hired to protect me. Am I mad? Hell, yes. Am I game to play along? You bet.

She's in over her head...

Everyone knows and loves Ethan Auprince. With his sexy-as-sin dimples and crazy likeability, he's always the center of attention. I've been tasked with protecting celebrities, bigwigs, and high-ranking officials, but when I come face-to-face with the man I spent one incredible summer with, I'm in trouble. A careless mistake on my last assignment cost me, and now Ethan is looking at me like he wants to devour me, not cooperate with my subtle instructions while I work under the guise of his restaurant manager.

My reputation is at risk. His safety is on the line. But worse, we're falling in love again.

This book..... this book is another off the charts. Insanely sexy, this story checked all my boxes. Because Ethan Auprince! He's successful, hot as hades, sneaky as the dickens and absolutely all about Pascale, who he met some years back while on vacation and the two spent a month together when she up and disappeared. Ethan never forgot about Pascale nor she him and neither will you! Pascale is hired by the Auprince family to keep an eye on Ethan unbeknownst to him, after he experiences some odd things that scream stalker at the restaurant he owns. Pascale is hired as the new manager to replace the gal who is leaving. Pascale does private security, and left her last position under less than desirable circumstances which you will get a glimpse of as the story unfolds. Pascale and Ethan also have history which is as perfectly delicious as their chemistry still is! Ethan catches on that Pascale has been hired to keep an eye on him and bad boy that he is, plays that for all it's worth. Such a sneaky man! Ethan is the oldest brother of the three Auprince men and we get to see both Finn ( be still my heart) and Drew in this story. I loved their friendship and their free advice dispensing! I loved the character development that Robin brings into the story, making these characters as familiar as our friends. They are real, relatable and have real problems. They also are adults which I absolutely loved! I loved Ethan and Pascale together as a couple and after a few skips and bumps were adult enough to work through their little issues. I am absolutely enamored with these Auprince men! Robin writes a story, not just a book. She pulls you right into their emotions, laughs and those omg moments, and serves up one hell of a book. And last but not least, that cover! Seriously!?! I am admittedly a Robin Bielman fan in a big way. I cannot wait to see what she brings us in Drew's book and beyond! Thank you Robin! What a knock my socks off read!

A second chance romance that I loved from the first page. Ethan Auprince might be a bit entitled, but he’s a real decent guy at heart. He loves his family and his friends, his job is his life, oh, and he’s not looking for a serious relationship. Until SHE walks back into his life again. The one that got away, his one true love, Pascale “Callie” Nichols. What he doesn’t realise is that she’s been hired as his bodyguard. Sweet, funny and sexy, with a little bit of angst. Great charactersI I love all the Auprince clan, grandmother especially, she’s a real feisty one. The humour and banter between grandma and grandsons is hilarious. Callie is just the right amount of soft and hard to match Ethan, and I loved how they interacted together. A match made in heaven, I just hope that they can ride the storm, and Callie can get past her fears that a relationship with Ethan won’t work. Highly enjoyable, summer read. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via email. This is my honest review.

Loved, loved this book of a second chance romance. Ethan and Pascale had a beach fling a few years back and now he is a top restaurateur that needs protection, in walks Pascale as his protector. Soon they can't deny the sexual chemistry that they once had years ago. Loved this couple, Ethan and Pascale are just perfect for each other. Loved the dialogue between them. Many laugh out moments, shed a few tears but was left with a big smile at the end. This is the second book in the series but can be read as a stand alone. I'm in love with these brothers, can't wait to read Drew's story!

Ethan can sweet talk to me all day long!!! Sweet Talker is book two in the amazing new ‘American Royalty’ series by robin Bielman. We met Ethan in Finn and Chloe’s story, Heartthrob (Book 1). Now we get to meet the man who owns Royal. Ethan is smart, sexy and he met the love of his life ten years ago during a summer break from college. But the girl of his dreams left suddenly and he never saw her again. Now, ten years later, she’s in his restaurant and about to become his manager. Pascale knew she was going to be working for the boy who stole her heart a decade ago. But she thought she was over him. One look at Ethan as a fully grown man and she knew she was wrong. The chemistry between these two was palpable. It burned through the pages and nearly ignited my kindle… and that was before they did anything more than kiss. Pascale isn’t really Ethan’s restaurant manager. She’s secretly been employed by his family because he has a stalker. Her job is to find the person responsible and stop them. But, Ethan gets under her skin and as the weeks go by the get ever closer to giving in to temptation. Will they? This was a seriously sweet and utterly sexy story. I loved every minute of it and didn’t want it to end. Ethan is such a nice guy, but hot as Hades at the same time. Pascale is sassy, snarky and her hands are lethal weapons. She’s awesome. Grab this summer read today and find a shady corner to enjoy it in.

SWEET TALKER is the second instalment in Robin Bielman’s contemporary, adult AMERICAN ROYALTY erotic, romance series. This is billionaire restauranteur Ethan Auprince, and security specialist Pascale Nichols’ story line. SWEET TALKER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous instalment is revealed where necessary. Told from dual first person perspectives (Pascale and Ethan) SWEET TALKER follows the second chance romance between billionaire restauranteur Ethan Auprince, and security specialist Pascale Nichols. Ten years earlier, following a hot and heavy summer romance Pascale Nichols ran out of Ethan’s life. Fast forward to present day wherein, Pascale, now employed as a security specialist, finds herself working undercover as a restaurant manager for the man she never stopped loving. Enter billionaire restauranteur Ethan Auprince. What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Ethan and Pascale, and the potential fall-out as their time together comes to a close. Ethan Auprince has a stalker, and unbeknownst to our story line hero, his family has hired a body guard in the guise of restaurant manager Pascale Nichols but the family does not know there is a romantic history between our story line couple. Ten years earlier Pascale Nichols’ life imploded and she ran to protect her head and her heart. Working for Ethan Auprince brings with it memories of the past, memories that force our heroine to look long and hard at what she wants, and where she is going. The relationship between Pascale and Ethan is one of second chances. Ethan had no idea why Pascale walked out of his life ten years earlier, and struggles with the real reason she is now in his life. Hoping to reconnect with Pascale, Ethan begins a slow seduction of his restaurant manager/protector. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text. We are reintroduced to Ethan’s brothers Finn Auprince and Chloe (Heartthrob #1), Drew Auprince, grandmother Rosemary; Pascale’s sister Paige; her boss Serenity; and five year old Rylee Stone. SWEET TALKER is a story of second chances: secrets, lies, loss and love. The premise is emotional and captivating; the romance is seductive and steamy; the characters are colorful, animated and energetic but the ‘stalker’ story line was virtually non-existent ;the resolution was quick, non-confrontational, and rather unimpressive. SWEET TALKER is a great addition to Robin’s AMERICAN ROYALTY series.

Loved! Ethan and Pascale's story was a whole lot of fun. The secret bodyguard portion (love the gender switch there, BTW!) is over at about the halfway mark--the gig is actually up a little before that though, when Ethan secretly figures it out and OMG I love what he does there ;) The book takes a path in the second half that I wasn't at all expecting but ended up really enjoying, maybe even more than what was going on in the first half. Though these books are all standalone, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you should read this before reading Drew's book, just so you don't ruin that surprise. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go back and inhale Finn's story.... ( Heartthrob ) Rating: 4 stars / A I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

4 1/2 Stars! Another great book by Robin! Ethan and Pascale had a summer together ... but at the end of the summer Pascale left Ethan without a word! Ten years later, Ethan's family hire Pascale to be his secret bodyguard not knowing that they know each other. Ethan can't believe that his old manager hired Pascale to be his new manager. He doesn't know whether he should be happy or mad about it. This book grabbed me right from the beginning! When Ethan's grandmother was telling Pascale about when he was a little boy in the bathroom ... I was laughing so hard there were tears running down my face. I also really liked that Pascale is a strong woman who can hold her own. I found the banter in this book to be so realistic, not only between Ethan and Pascale but also in the supporting characters. I love it when there are little kids in a book ... they just make the story ... better. And Rylee ... what a little cutie! This is a great addition to the series and I can't wait for Drew's book! I received an early copy courtesy of Tule Publishing through NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

Sweet Talker by Robin Bielman. a great addition to The American Royalty series. This a possible second chance at romance storyline. The story of Ethan and Pascale. I enjoyed the setting and dialogue. Took me awhile to get into the storyline but once I did I really enjoyed the connection between the character. Look forward to reading the next in series.

A wonderful addition to the American Royalty series. Pascale and Ethan had a summer fling ten years ago, but Pascale left without saying goodbye. Ethan never forgot her or stopped wondering what happened to make her leave. When Pascale shows up at Ethan’s restaurant for a management position, Ethan can’t believe his eyes. Pascale is a body guard who was hired by Ethan’s family to protect him from a stalker. It will be hard for her to do her job while keeping a secret from Ethan. When the secret finally comes out, old flames are rekindled. But what will happen to their relationship when Pascale gets some unexpected news? I really enjoyed this second chance romance. It is passionate, but with a touch of sweetness added to the mix. The story moved along nicely and I really liked the characters, especially Rylee. She was a fun addition and changed the tone of the story giving it a little something extra. This is the second book in a series, but I think it can totally be read as a stand-alone.

This sinfully sexy book is second in the American Royalty series and it features Ethan and Pascale/Callie. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a catchy and unique name. I love it! These two have a history that goes back 10 years. It’s been that long since they’ve seen each other. He’s been receiving some threats from an unknown, obsessed woman. His family hires Callie to be his new restaurant manager but secretly she’s really been hired as his bodyguard. Is it really a secret? He let her go ten years ago but not this time! These two have some UBER sexy chemistry. Ethan is extremely appealing in EVERY way. Just reading the words, I can see it playing like a movie in my head. I can hear his deep voice and it gives me chills. After the climax of the original plot is finished, the story takes off in an unexpected direction. The ending comes up quicker than expected but leaves you satisfied. Since we have one more brother that needs his story told in this series, I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of Ethan and Callie.
