Amazing book with so much depth. There is pain, so much pain. How do you move and breathe and function when you'v lost everything that matters? Mason's struggle to overcome his loss and learn to live again felt very authentic. His struggles to overcome the guilt and lack of trust made me hurt for him. Rig and Bobby were simply fantastic. Seasoned Doms, they put Mason's needs above their own from the first moment. There are plenty of moments of happiness and joy as well as laughter. I loved seeing the change in all three men. It was wonderful to see friends from previous books make an appearance and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. Highly recommended author and series Adult read

FiveStars Oh I just loved this book. It wasn’t as steamy as Pup but it was intense and it was amazing! Bobby and Rig have been together forever; they lost their sub seven years ago and have decided they are ready to find another boy who will complete them. On a much needed vacation to Florida, where Bobby is always complaining it is too hot, he stumbles upon Mason. Mason just had his entire world ripped out from under him. Both of his Doms were killed in a car crash. Mason suffers from massive panic/anxiety attacks and is at his wits end. When Bobby tries to talk to Mason he runs inside and locks the door and every time Bobby comes back he ignores the door. On what was supposed to be their final night in Florida Bobby drags Rig with him to try to check on the mystery guy one more time. What they find changes everything. This story is just beautiful. The patience, support and love that Bobby and Rig show Mason is amazing. Mason is so scared and trusts no one but with help from Max a friend of Bobby and Rig he is learning to trust and open up. I was brought to tears when reading this, I just loved this book, it wasn’t your typical story and it dealt with difficult issues and handled them with grace. The bond between these three men is amazing and I hope we see them again in other books in the series. I was given this in return for an honest review by Inked Rainbow Reads. ~Angie FourStars **Audiobook Review** This is a book about loss and grieving... more so than about BDSM. There is definitely a lot of talk about submission and dominance as there is two doms and a submissive, all of whom are dealing with loss. I like that we got to see the softer side of the two big bad doms, but I also felt like the book was a bit slower and not as intriguing as the first in the series, quite possibly because there was very very little BDSM. However, the writing was excellent and had to know how the book ended for all three of the men. Rusty Topsfield did an excellent job with this book as he did with Pup. He brought each of the characters to life in such a great way and brought the humor between Rig and Bobby out in such an excellent way. The way he voice Mason and his troubles was superb. It would have been easy to put too much into the sensitive character, but he didn't. Just perfect. The cadence of his voice made the book so easy to listen to and interesting.
