Bullying, self identify, friends, physical health, social media (a pretty cool perspective might I add), and other similar topics that teens are faced with are addressed in a helpful, Biblical way. I liked that, unlike some of the other devotionals I've read by this company, not only do the weeks have suggested scriptures for the days, this also has a verse as part of the devotional AND a guided prayer. The reflective questions offer a much needed insight if you take the time to reflect and answer honestly. Week 12, Perfectionism, Week 16, Popularity, and Week 25, Depression, are a few specific super interesting devotionals in addition to the ones I previously alluded to. "Very sweet book. It has a Bible verse for every day of the week and two journaling questions. There's only one passage of writing per week, but it's a great way to start off your Monday and gives you something to think about in addition to the Bible verses. I think this is a good book for young girls. Perhaps older teens won't enjoy it as much because it's very simple and short, but for younger teen girls or even right before she hits those teenage years, this would make a great devotional.
