Known affectionately as a horny toad, the Texas horned lizard was once a common site on playgrounds and in parks in the southwestern United States. They are scarce now, but you can crochet your own Texas Horny Toad using worsted weight yarn. This pattern could also used to make a dinosaur using green or camouflage yarn. Use the same pattern with jumbo yarn to make a horny toad cushion measuring approximately 33" long. Material list for both weights of yarn are included in pattern.
