About the Author

Rohana has had a fantastic career cooking on cruise ships throughout the Far East. She has travelled far and wide with her specialist skills cooking a variety of cuisine from her homeland Malaysia and Asia. Rohana has years of experience cooking up dishes from: Thailand, Singapore, China and Japan.
