About the Author

EDGARD RIOS is a registered architect with nearly thirty years of experience covering all aspects of design, planning, architecture, and project management. He has a reputation for leading challenging, sustainable projects through innovative project delivery methods and has a history of acting as an agent for strategic change. He founded CEARC architecture in 1992; as the company expanded, CEARC Joined as an external associate to RMJM group in 2014.

Edgard is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of CEARC's practice in Mexico, as well as all design and leadership positions in Mexico. As an architect, he promotes a holistic design approach that ensures interdisciplinary design thinking and innovation is brought to every project. As an entrepreneur he founded three other companies from real estate to construction.
