Not only has Harrison tried the diet, lifestyle really, herself (so she knows what she's talking about), she's interviewed lots of other dieters and included their stories too, which is encouraging. She also backs up her claims with scientific explanations and provides meal plans and food tips to help you stay successful on the plan. I've read the book cover to cover and can't wait to try it!
