Robert “Cold” Steel, Captain USAR Retired was born on April 26, 1958 being raised and reared as a native of West Helena Arkansas. A 1977 graduate of Central High School and a 1982 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in business marketing.
