The search is over! Finally a GREAT monologue book.. I'm constantly looking for a good monologue for showcases and to hone my craft. MOST monologue books are filled with outdated, overused, out-of-touch, and boring material written for theater.... Finally one with ORIGINAL material that's actually GOOD, and for FILM/TV... Plus, in-between the monologues, this book has insightful tips to help the actor navigate what the industry looks for in an actor's performance. Here's the writer: Steven G. Any actor who is serious needs to purchase this incredible book. It has so many great monologues that explore so many different parts of acting. It's helped me learn SO much about acting and change - ups, transitions, pauses, so on and so forth. Steven Lowe is an incredible coach and a fantastic writer. There is a monologue for EVERYONE! From 2 minutes to 30 seconds, it is truly fascinating!! It can do nothing BUT help you!
