Evie has forgotten about her first pair of designer shoes - since becoming a fashion designer, she's purchased many more pairs. Rosette, the right shoe, and Lilou, the left shoe, feel betrayed by her, and come up with a plan to escape Evie's closet, much to the shock of Evie's slippers and sneakers. But the escape plan proves harder than Rosette and Lilou thought, and they witness much more of the city than they anticipated. This is only their first adventure, with many more to come!
