About the Author
Donald (Don) De Angelo has been a high school teacher and adjunct college professor of U.S. history and American government for over 25 years. He is currently the Vice Chair of the San Diego County Libertarian Party (2019). He earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware (1987), an MA in International Relations from the University of San Diego (1995), and an MA in History from San Diego State University (2009). He was named a Senior Fellow of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation in 2007. He has several YouTube podcasts on Early and Modern American History and lives, works, and writes in San Diego, California.
