The Art of Freddie Hubbard: The Atlantic Years combines cuts the legendary jazz trumpeter recorded for Atlantic during the '60s and '70s. These were albums Hubbard made after leaving Blue Note and during his transition toward more soul, funk, and avant-garde-leaning jazz.
