About the Author

J.R. Baldwin was born in Riverside, California where he lived for a short span of years while he was a child before moving to Newark, California with his family. He is the second of three boys that were raised by their parents Jimmy and Cheryl in the Bay Area and eventually made his way back down to Southern California to pursue a degree. It was at the California State University of Northridge where J.R. Baldwin would go on to meet his future wife, Natalie. In recent years he has taken on the challenge of starting his own catering company but his passion is still in books. Because of this, he plans to continue his writing path and hopes that some of his books can bring joy to his readers the way his favorite authors, such as Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson, have for him.
