At long last, the end begins.

In northern Ravine, Faux Dezdes has a comfortable life. Farm work fills his days, but he's happy to provide for his family, who survived the destruction of their hometown years prior. Faux's world, however, is once again upended the night a monster finds him. He then meets two strangers, Persephone and Ollinair, who are tasked with taking him across the continent.
