Detective Lieutenant J. Meurer was born in Germany. He Immigrated to the United States in December 1951. Going through all the academics, on the 27th day of August 1979, he received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice administration while he was a detective in the Wayne New Jersey Police Department.
