The Colors of My Emotions

The Purpose of this book is to nurture children's Emotional Intelligence by helping them identify their emotions, the causes of those emotions, and the strategies they can use to self-regulate, which is achieved with co-regulation (the help from parents/guardians, teachers or a more capable other). It includes the "Bubble of Emotions", an interactive tool children use to plot their emotions throughout the day.
