Rainbow Boy A.K.A Jay Watson first appeared in Eastern Color Printing Company's Reg'lar Fellers
Heroic Comics #14. Rainbow Boy was able to fly at great speeds. When he flew a rainbow colored light would appear behind him as he went. He could use the light to create solid objects to capture criminals. He could see in both the ultraviolet and infrared light spectrums. Rainbow Boy would occasionally have team-ups with Hydroman. Interesting note, the origin of his powers were never revealed.
