I enjoyed the book. What detracts from a higher rating is that the text is rife with typos. Whoever prepared this book for Nook simply scanned the pages without employing a proofreader. The most frequent typo was "die" for the string "the". These mistakes do not appear in the original paper version. Kindle is not offering their version of the book because "This book is currently unavailable because there is an issue with its description, content, or formatting." Emphasis on the formatting if the Nook version is any indication. I plan to wait for Kindle to have the series available, repurchasing books two and three. B&N is not getting my money on titles which will likely cost equal to or greater than Kindle.
