“The Day” and “The Field Trip” are short stories that romanticize how it would be like to realistically live on the moon in the not too distant future, including some of the logistics to make such an endeavor possible. They are stories with an international flavor of teamwork, peace and cooperation. And a little humor thrown in for good measure. “The Day” received an honorable mention in the National Space Society ‘Return to Luna’ short story contest in 2008.
