At the ripe old age of eleven, Daphne Mulligan ends up in Bluebell House, a last-resort foster home in Bristol for children that nobody wants. The problem is, every time she falls asleep, she wakes up somewhere else with a complete lack of inhibition and powers bubbling beneath her fingertips.
