How well do you know the Old Testament of the Bible? Can you answer these questions? What were God’s first two words to Moses? How much did Absalom’s hair weigh when it was cut? What occasion did Job’s children like to celebrate? What did Jonah say was wrapped around his head inside the great fish?
The Extreme Old Testament Bible Trivia Challenge contains over 3,800 questions, arranged in the order they appear, with at least one question from every chapter in the Old Testament of the Bible (that’s 929 chapters). If you love the Bible, this book is for you. Read through the questions on your own or have fun challenging your family, friends, church, or study group. The more you get to know the Bible, the more comfortable you become with it. The more familiar you are with it, the closer it grows to your heart.

This (and also the New Testament edition) is a Bible trivia book like no other. I like it for several reasons. Have you found yourself thinking, "How will I ever get through Leviticus or Numbers?" Well this book makes it Fear-Factor-like, rather than tedious, by asking questions such as (from Leviticus), "What two liquids did Moses ordain and sprinkle Aaron and his sons with?" Answer: "blood and oil." Or, "What could the Levites not drink before the tent of the meeting?" Answer: blood (just kidding), "wine." And from Numbers, "What kind of people did a Nazarite need to stay away from?" Answer: "dead people." And, "How many feet deep were the quail God sent to the camp of the Israelites in the winderness?" You'll have to look that up if you want the answer. This stuff is addictive. The answers are in the back of the book, with numbers corresponding to the questions. The book is literally an outline of the entire Old Testament. For someone like me, who's a visual learner, this layout is a really helpful learning tool, as it breaks down each book into anywhere from one to a few pages of questions that flow. I'm giving it 5 stars. Reading through the Bible just became a game. What a great way to learn of God's plan for His creation and His love for us. Question 2618, "God's love reaches to the heavens, but what reaches to the skies?" Answer: "His faithfulness." I love this book!
