Hey, I'm Elliot Stone—author by passion, late bloomer by choice. I spent most of my life doing other things (some more exciting than others), but writing has always been in the back of my mind, patiently waiting for me to sit down and actually do the thing. I live in the small town of Fallbrook, California—also known as the Friendly Village—with my wife Ruth, a sharp and pointy German Shepherd, a soft and floppy English Cream Golden Retriever, a flock of chickens, and a few other critters that seem to have snuck in when we weren’t looking. When I’m not writing, I’m usually playing chess, drawing, working in the yard, or trying to fix something that I probably broke in the first place.
