The First Charge

Augston is a country tenuously balanced between supporters of the king and supporters of the emperor, so when the king changes his normal plans for Easter, Eric Von Wolfsburg suspects him of treachery. His wife not only suspects treachery, but that Eric's old nemesis, Ludovic Von Phaler-Graf, plans to sack their home while everyone else is distracted.
