About the Author

Deven J. Wohlwend is currently 15 years old. He has grown up around business and investing all of his life. When he was only 5 years old, he asked his father if he could start investing. Then he asked what he should invest in. His father said "you should invest in what you know." Since he knew more about LEGOs than anything else, he decided to find a way to invest in that. He made many mistakes with his first investment, which taught him lessons for his future businesses & investments. After learning these lessons on small investments, he purchased his first single family rental property when he was seven. Ever since he started investing, he has been listening to podcasts, reading books and going to seminars to learn more. When he was 11 he published his first book, If I Can Do It, So Can You. Deven has been home schooled his whole life and is currently taking classes at Stark State University. Every night his dad tells him & his brother to dream about making the world a better place. He hopes this book will make your world a better place, too. His advice to everyone is to be creative and take action.
