This book about a gluten free diet was mostly about how great the diet is and putting down other types of diets. It has around pages. I thought it would give recipes and food exchanges, for example, using olive oil instead of canola oil and other suggestions. Instead it was avoid all fats, sugars, meats, flours, cerals, candy, fillers ect and only eat fresh veggies and fruits. Lets get realistic here, how many people are going to do that? While people with celiac disease do have to make changes in diet, they can still enjoy good food as well, by making concessions and substituting. I did not find this book very helpful. AD
