In The God Hypothesis, Michael Corey attempts to change the prevailing relationship between the natural sciences and religion. As he puts it, his quest is for a "reborn natural theology." "Our efforts [in this book]," he writes, "will be focused on two of natural theology's historic holy grails--proving the existence of God through a detailed analysis of the physical universe and inferring the various attributes of God using only the empirical data of modern science as an interpretive guide."
