The Gunsmith Saloon

Rick Hartman wants to open a new saloon, but he can't get free to go and look at the property. He asks Clint to do it. He also proposes to make Clint a partner and call it THE GUNSMITH SALOON. Clint says they'll talk about that later, but agrees to go to Laramie, Wyoming, and check it out. Upon arrival he finds that buying the property is not going to be a simple thing.
