The Halloween Hippo

Out trick or treating on Halloween night, Charlie, Colin and Allison discover a crumbling old house that gives Charlie the creeps. When their little sister is transformed into a talking hippo, Charlie and Colin are determined to find a way to change her back before the night is over.
Along the way they have to deal with a strange barefooted girl with dark piercing eyes. A snoring Father and too much candy to count.
