About the Author

Karen Frazier is the author of numerous books about nutrition, cooking, and holistic healing, including two books on dietary and lifestyle approaches to living with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. This book really helped me a lot. I have hypothyroid Syndrome and have trouble with eating right.  This book came with instructions and recipes on how to deal with the disease or diseases like mine. It also helps and shows you what trigger foods to avoid. I highly recommend this book!

This book is very interesting book because it educates on the causes and symptoms of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. The book comes with the recipies you need to help you with the condition. It also shows you how to keep track with Meal plans and shopping list. I enjoyed a few of the recipes and this book is good for eating right and educating yourself with the trigger foods you need to avoid.

This book is great for people with this disease. I did a lot of research about this after receiving the book and this is exactly what people with hasimotos need to eat best for them. I do not have this however but the recipes are great and easy to follow. Just follow this recipe book for a 31 day plan to detoxify your body and restore thyroid health. I was happy I was able to receive this in exchange for my honest review.

I have this on my kindle and found it to be extremely useful in the kitchen. I can easily prop it up and refresh my memory with the recipes. This book is great for those with the disease or even those looking for a healthier diet. I found it to be easy to follow and informative. I would recommend this book not only to those with Hashimoto's but also those looking for a lifestyle change when it comes to eating habits.

Hashimoto's disease (thyroid disorder), which I did not know about prior to this book. This book made me realize we can all use a diet that helps remove toxins from our body. There is  30 day action plan that covers everything--grocery lists, recipes and information as part of this book.  This book has interesting information and some good recipes.

Great resource for those dealing with Hashimoto's disease or for those looking to remove the toxins from their bodies in general and get back on track to a healthier lifestyle.  This book teaches you a lot Hashimoto. The diet plan is not just for someone that has Hashimoto. You can use the book to eat healthier. This is a lot of great recipes in this book.  Anyone can make this foods.   I really love the way they explain everything in great detail.  Before reading I didn't know some foods could make  You feel so much different.  I will definitely be recommending this book to others.

This cookbook isn't just for people who have Hashimotos Thyroid Disease, it's for anybody, even though it's directed to a certain group to help them understand their diagnosis and to help them know and understand how to eat better and become healthier. I personally don't have this disease but many of the recipes did catch my eye and it helps me understand that I do need to eat a much healthier and take care of my body.

I have has Hashimotos for years and knew there was something to my eating that needs repair and this book lays it out. I love that you get all you need for a 31 day plan and make it simple and to the point. It includes recipes and shopping list. It gives explanations to why it works and other issues you might need to discuss with your doctor and as with any thing that is health related it's a good idea to discuss this eating change with your doctor but I am sure there isn't anything here they'd disagree with.

If you have Hashimoto's disease or any type of digestion problems you will love this book. I really liked the grocery list so I know I will have everything I need to make these recipes. The meal plan for the 31 days is actually very appealing. The type of all inclusive action plan is very hard to find. The book really tells you everything you need to know and makes it super easy to implement this 31 day plan to change your health. I highly recommend this book.

This book could not only be useful to someone with Hashimoto’s (a celiac disease), but anyone who has a desire to begin a journey towards overall better health.  Outlined within this book is a fail proof plan filled with simple everyday recipes and ingredients. Each week features a shopping list, suggested snacks and recipes.  Even if you choose to not follow the plan, this is still a great resource for uncomplicated, healthy recipes.

A great cookbook for thyroid sufferers. The author explains how she suffered from the disease herself, and how she fixed it by avoiding the food that will make the disease return and what to eat, so the person will keep it at bay. There are wonderful recipes that have great flavor; nothing is bland in this book. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

What an excellent resource for people who are struggling with Hashimoto's disease. I enjoyed the thoroughness of the book, going beyond sharing recipes and sharing the author's experience with being diagnosed and learning what worked for her regarding treatments and diet modification. I think a lot of the advice found within the book is good for people without Hashimoto's disease as well, specifically the list  of tips to treat Hashimoto's through diet.  I also appreciated that the recipes in this book are appealing and something most people would want to make and eat.

This is a nice book it teaches you what you can eat and how to control your eating and excersise and dealing with the struggles of pain. I have reccomneded this book too a few of my family members to check it out. Has great cooking receipies that look really good to try.

What an amazing book to begin anyone on a path to a healthy change for the better. This book not only has recipes, but it is full of informative facts about the disease. Within this book, I have found healthier recipes, and although I do not suffer from any autoimmune disorder, I plan on preparing the majority of them for my family. Wow! That is all the words I have for this book! Prior to this book I had no idea about hashimotos or what it was. The book is so educational about hashimotos and is a very good tool to have and learn. This book provides you with a step by step guide on how to jump start a healthier life with a very easy 30 day meal plan. My favorite part is that these recipes are so unique and tasty! My favorite recipe by far is the Slow cooker country-style spare ribs with apples and fennel. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend this book for anybody with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, or any thyroid disease. Honestly this book would be great for anybody even looking to maintain a healthier lifestyle. This book takes the difficulty out of healthy meal planning. My favorite part of the book are the amazingly simple yet delicious recipes. The recipes also include a shopping list!! This book has you covered from front to back!
