About the Author

Richard Newell Smith grew up in a seaside town in Massachusetts, worked his way through Harvard College, served in the Coast Guard and then worked in marketing communications before turning to full-time writing. He has published two Jack Scully thrillers - The Hitman's Lover and Grind His Bones. His third novel, Naked Fear, a Sitka Annie revenge thriller, will be published in late December 2013.
