The Immaturity Pandemic

Human maturity is surprisingly insufficiently understood by psychologists in 2024, despite what they may tell you. It seems that "self-actualization" is as far as we've come in understanding human growth and maturity, and even with self-actualization, we're left with a barely quantifiable starting point. This book aims to use our current understanding of the brain in an attempt to define maturity in humans once and for all.
