This cookbook recommends a more basic approach to our diets. Many modern foods have interfered with our body's ability to fight harmful stumuli. That's led to an increase in various illnesses. Enjoy 100 healthy recipes. Some, but not all, ingredients, will be familar. Most recipes are suitable for those on gluten free diets. The digital format's sometimes hard to follow. But this cookbook will help people get started in living healthier lives.

I was incredibly happy to find this book!  It offered a ton of great recipes for all meals and snacks and also catered to those with different cooking skill levels.  The book did a great job of breaking down what causes inflammation and how best to avoid eating foods that will trigger more symptoms.

The inflammation diet for beginners is a very worthwhile tool for learning the cause, symptoms, and prevention tactics against inflammation. I was very suprised to discover how many seemingly harmless food sources can be linked with inflammation problems. Furthermore, I was shocked by how many serious ailments can be linked with inflammation such as diabetes. Overall, the book is filled with a variety of tasty and easy to prepare meals that can be used to avoid inflammation while also living a healthier lifestyle.

I am in my early 40's and I have arthritis and recently developed allergies.  I have ALWAYS been healthy and never even needed any types of medication. Now, I am on too many to admit to.  So when this book came along, I couldn't wait to read it.  Inflammation is the number one cause for both of my ailments. This is exactly what my Dr said to me "When we consume unhealthy ingredients such as saturated fats, sugary foods, and processed wheat, we trigger our body’s natural immune response to dangerous stimuli, a response that causes inflammation."  This book gave me 100 recipes to learn what I should and shouldn't put in my body.  I have never been a "meal planner" but now this book has shown me how easy and important it is.  Although this book is a tad too much on the medical side or maybe I was just wanting a cookbook, I still fully appreciate all the information I obtained!

This is an excellent book. I will admit, I did not like the beginning because it is like a textbook but it is also very important to have that factual information in the beginning so you can learn and recognize what you are putting in to your body. The recipes are all so great and we cannot wait to try them out one by one!

I am my grandma's caretaker and I am always looking for recipes which will keep her interested and which will keep with her diabetic diet. The nutritionist recommended whole grains and high protein as well as low sodium. The recipes in this book are great for her diet and her family. I am especially fond of that Mediterranean tuna salad. Yum.

I found myself shocked after reading this book I never knew so many food could cause the body inflammation problems. I do now and I'm willing to change them thanks to this book. I found most of these recipes appealing and some not so much but all can't be but I can at least try them once. Its a very well written brook that's easy to follow and understand. It's a wonderful cookbook resource that can help you create a balanced diet and healthier life without all the problems of inflammation.

Inflamation and Modern Day Diets.If you are truly looking to learn more about modern, industrialized foods and their impact on inflammation in our bodies then this is the book for you. The first few chapters really lay it all out there. Once you've "digested" all this info, you will happily dive into a lovely, delectable assortment of anti-inflammatory recipes from breakfast to dinner to snacks!

The Inflammation Diet For Beginners first gives you the knowledge you need to understand what inflammation does within your body, then explains how the proper foods work to prevent it, and follows up with a diverse selection of interesting recipes to put you on a course of healthier living. The explanation of the chemistry is a bit complex, but easy to follow, and the recipes will definitely serve to add some unexpected but savory enhancement to your diet.

The authors did an excellent job of explaining what "inflammation" is and how to help minimize it. The scientific explanations can be cumbersome, but it's important information that too few people think about. Good-sounding recipes are included, and I think it's a great overview!

If you are one of those people what when you eat you feel so full ready to exploit out, i guess, this book is not for you, but if you are concern how inflammation impact overall your health. i think so, you are on the right rail to know about food and diet with regarding to inflammation of our body. Are you familiar with cardiovascular disease; coronary artery disease, cholesterol, obesity and diabetes? I didn't know it until I read this book and it game me a bigger picture how many factors can contribute to build for inflammation in cardiovascular disease. I think so, anti-inflammatory foods is a plus; as well as anti-inflammatory food to avoid. Easy recipes. That is so cool!!!

I love this book, because the authors make the recipes, and the instructions on how to eat healthier easy to follow. And if you didn't know much about what causes inflammation, this book will give you a step-by-step explanation, in regular-everyday-speak, which really helps. Plus the amount of recipes there are will keep you from getting bored, and you could potentially have new dishes to prepare for years on end. Without a doubt, this book gets an A plus for its varied recipe items, and the clear and concise ways it tells you how to eat healthier- D. Nelson

I bought this book not knowing anything about inflammation diets.  I am a 46 year old amateur tennis player who sometimes has achy knees after I play.  I have changed my diet around following the books advice (lots of  omegas, etc.) and am finding that my knee issues are diminishing.  I can't say how happy this makes me to improve on this with a change of diet and no drugs.  Anyone with inflammation issues should definitely consider this book!

The Inflammation Diet for beginners outlines the benifits for a switch from a normally highly processed diet, to one that is simpler, less processed and there fore healthier. It may seem difficult to make the change at first, but if you start slowly, as this book recommends, and choose things are similar to what you already eat, then you are more likely to e njoy the new foods, thus increasing your chances at successfully changing the way you eat for the better.

Do you have inflammation problems? This book was super informative about how to approach handling these issues from a more natural approach. I have suffered from joint pain which is caused by inflammation and now I have more ideas about how to combat these problems naturally. The foods they talk about are readily available and the recipes were even more helpful. Especially because I have a little one with a brain issue I can help slow the inflammation in her brain with the natural foods that I found in this book. I would suggest that if you have any problems and are trying to eat better this is the book to read.

For those of you who have health problems or know someone who does this book could save your life. It's very well organized along with extremely educational, allowing you to want to change your diet due to the actuality of the food Industry. We are given much ability to create our own ways of eating, something we are lucky to have in our country, so why not do what's right for our future health? I recommend this book to everyone.

Good book for people wanting to learn about diets for reducing inflammation. Very consistent with other diet books regarding the use of preservatives and added ingrediatns. I have been diagnosed with arthritis and wanted to learn other ways of dealing with this besides medications. I am hoping that a good healthy diet is a good place to start!

If you want to battle the serious health concern of inflammation with great recipes, I would highly recommend this book. It will not only give you solid information on this growing health concern, it will arm you with dishes that don’t taste the way “diet” food usually does. My personal favorites are the banana-blueberry muffins!
