Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I suffer from GAD and depression. A lot of the coping methods that are mentioned in this book have helped me overcome some serious rough patches. Practicing mindfulness and reprogramming my core values were difficult processes, but have done wonders for me in regards to my outlook on life in general. Diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation have been convenient and helpful tools in my case, since they can be practiced virtually anywhere. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and this kind of work takes patience and practice, but it’s well worth it to achieve genuine happiness.
